PRIVACY POLICY
TAHMA is a membership
organization. In order to provide resources to members, and to
differentiate between types of members, TAHMA collects member information
including but not limited to: mail and email address, phone number, username,
demographic and professional information, and certain member preferences.
Your mail and email address will be used to send you information relating to
your TAHMA membership, event promotions and organization updates. We will not
sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease or rent
any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically
authorized by you to receive your information except as we have disclosed to
you in this Privacy Policy. Registrants for TAHMA events provide contact
information that we do disclose to members, sponsors and exhibitors of those
events in order to facilitate networking and information sharing.
REFUND POLICY
Membership Refunds: Membership application fees and renewals
are final and not refundable.
Luncheons and Events: If any attendee needs to cancel their
registration for any TAHMA luncheon or event, they must cancel at least 24
hours before the day of the event. Any
registrations that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will still be
responsible for the registration payment. To cancel a registration please call
